As per HubSpot, the sequences tool allows you to send a series of personalized, scheduled email templates to nurture your contacts over time. It also lets you set automated tasks to remind you to follow up with them.

What are the steps involved in HubSpot sequences?

To use HubSpot Sequences, ensure you have a Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional subscription. After that,

✅ Go to “Automations”. Here, you’ll find “Sequences”. Then, on the top right, click on “Create Sequence”.


✅ Here, there are options like “pre-made sequences”, “create a dynamic sequence”, and “start from scratch”.

✅ For HubSpot sequences, click on “start from scratch.” Click on create sequence on the top right one more time.


✅ You can now choose the first action that you want the sequence to perform. For automated emails, click on it.

✅ A tailored template can be created with just a few clicks.

✅ Likewise, you can personalize your email and even insert any snippet, document, or video into it.
✅ After saving it, you’ll have the option to create another automated email by clicking on the “+” icon.

✅ Email can be chosen as a reply, as shown in the picture below.

✅ And now you’ve a follow-up email lined up. Here, “Delay” can be set as per requirements. 

✅ Furthermore, an A/B test can be conducted to measure the performance of your sequences.

✅ Choose the timing as needed, and you’re good to go.
