How To Build Powerful HubSpot Dashboards - Blog Image

Introduction

If you’re feeling the nonstop pressure to drive revenue, make the right calls, and deliver results, you're not alone. And without the right dashboard, it’s like flying blind, as most dashboards are cluttered, confusing, or missing key insights.

With scattered reports, inconsistent metrics, and no single source of truth, decisions are delayed or made based on incomplete or misleading data. It’s a recipe for missed targets and lost opportunities.

HubSpot has the potential to centralize and simplify revenue visibility, but only if your dashboards are designed with precision, purpose, and strategic alignment.

In this comprehensive guide, we’ll show you how to build HubSpot dashboards that drive data-backed growth, unite your teams, and catch revenue leaks before they drain your bottom line.

How to create HubSpot dashboards easily?

Let’s dive into HubSpot dashboards to help you make the most of their powerful reporting and analytics capabilities.

✅ In the Reports section, navigate to Dashboards and click on "Create Dashboard."

✅ You'll see several options available; select a template that suits your needs, such as Account-Based Marketing, Chat Overview, Email Overview, and more.

✅ Alternatively, you can create a new dashboard from scratch.

✅ Add content by creating new reports or selecting from your previously saved reports.

✅ You can incorporate data from existing reports and include it in the dashboard.

✅ If you don’t want to create a custom dashboard, there are plenty of templates available to choose from.

✅ As you use a template, you'll notice that some reports are already included. However, these aren't the only reports available.

✅ Want to switch things up or include more reports? No problem, the dashboard’s built to adapt to your needs.

✅ You can either update the existing report or save it as a new one and add it to the dashboard.
✅If you’d like to build more reports, the “Report” option makes it easy.

✅ You can either go to "My Reports" to add something from there, or create new reports related to Contacts, Traffic, Sales, or Service.
