✅ Go to Settings > Tools > Calling > Call setup > Call Configuration.

✅ Make sure Call recording and Transcription, and analysis are all enabled for your account.

✅ Switch the HubSpot Meeting Notetaker feature to On.


✅ Once enabled, Meeting Notetaker will automatically join new meetings with external contacts for Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise users who have connected calendars.

✅ Your team will instantly receive recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items. 

✅ There’s no need for hosting or additional integrations.


✅ For reps who’d rather keep it old school and skip the recordings, they can simply head to Settings > General > Calendar and toggle Meeting Notetaker off.

✅ HubSpot Meeting Notetaker can join meetings with at least one external contact and a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link as the location. 

✅ For Zoom meetings, the host must enable recording and allow the notetaker to join by adjusting Zoom settings (password: Meetings_208916).

Meeting links for Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams can be added in several ways: 

👉 Directly from an external calendar.
👉 By choosing a HubSpot video conference location when scheduling through the CRM.
👉 Via a HubSpot scheduling page.
